The Contemporaries

If you’re in your twenties or thirties and are looking for a young professionals group dedicated to supporting a dynamic contemporary art scene in downtown Mobile, then the CLA Contemporaries is the group for you! The Contemporaries will create functions, networking possibilities, and outreach opportunities based on the CLA’s mission of community building through the arts.

The Contemporaries is open to CLA members at the Individual ($25) level and higher. There is a $25 annual programming fee in addition to your membership fees. Contemporaries receive discounts on special events, invitations to exclusive preview openings and receptions, and private gallery tours.
