Centre for the Living Arts

Education and Public Programs, designed to serve diverse audiences of all ages, include artist talks, film screenings, public conversations with multi-disciplinary scholars and experts, curriculum-based resources for teachers, special programming for students and senior citizens, and Teen Spark, a council of teen leaders that will organize and promote a series of programs designed for their peers. The public conversations, talks, and film screenings amplify current exhibitions through monthly thematic programming.

Education programs at the CLA are supported in part by a grant from the Arts License Plate program of theĀ Alabama Alliance for Arts Education.
